The interview was engaging, personal and upbeat. Expectations were set, flexible hours were offered, which for me was extremely important. Process was informal. I was interested in how this particular start up business was going to proceed and what other resources were available.

I went in on a Saturday and was interviewed by the two (2) owners of the company. I was questioned to see if I knew higher level ideas in Payroll and taxation.

The owner clearly did not know about Payroll (minimum wage or wages for restaurant employees). She was impressed with my knowledge.
