Stars Management interview questions

Initially I had 2 interview and written. So cleared these two and next day they sent offer later and joining date was mentioned. So told me to bring document xerox before joining. But when I went there, they collected documents and photos and again they gave aptitude and face to face interview was there.. like why did they send offer letter if there were again interview. So stupid of them... Really don't believe..
