The group interview was scheduled for 4 hours. It began with the manager introducing himself and 3 team members. Each candidate (there were 7 of us) had to stand up, introduce ourselves and answer one of three interview questions. We then were sat together to discuss the order in which we would complete a list of about 7 tasks while the interview panel listened and took notes. We were given a short break. When we came back, we were given 3 essay questions to answer. Lastly, we had one on one interviews that consisted of 4 questions that had to be answered within 10 minutes. I haven't heard the result of the interviews. My feeling after the one on one interview was that I would not hear from them. There were many exceptional applicants.
