Stauffer interview questions

Typical 3 round interview, about a 4 week process. First round is video chat with HR, then a video call and portfolio review with 2 other designers and last round was in person with the CEO and a senior designer. The entire process went well except until the end. After making me wait 2 weeks after the on site interview, they sent out an email saying they decided not to hire anyone for the role. Really felt like they wasted my time.
