Two rounds of interview, followed by a chat with HR.
The first round was mostly about the job, and a little bit about the CV. As the role bridges the gap between the developers and the product team, the questions were testing me on qualities like teamwork, technical knowledge, project management, execution, prior experience and communications. The interviewers were very friendly and helpful, which made it more like a discussion rather than a typical interview. Another thing I liked about the interviewers was that when I had difficulty coming up with an answer (no programming knowledge), they were really supportive, and helped me understand things which I didn't know beforehand. I'd call it one of the coolest interviews I've had.
