The interview was straightforward and informational. The regional manager was very friendly and honest. She really left me with the impression that Steadfast cares about their employees and properties. I was insured that I would hear back from her one way or the other next week.

I had an initial phone screening and then I interviewed directly with regional on-site. Simple and short interview and hiring process compared to many others. Background check and drug test

What aspects of property management do you like the most and which do you like the least
Applied online, about a week later received an email to complete an online assessment. I experienced technical difficulties attempting to log in to the assessment. I reached out to the HR person via email and received no response. Attempted to complete the assessment a few more times but still received the same error message. Reached out again to HR person and no response. It would take just a few minutes to respond to my email saying you’re no longer interested in me as a candidate. Very unprofessional.
