One of the best interview experiences I have had in a very long time. It felt far less like an interrogation and much more like a genuine conversation where time just flew, and the discussions felt real and meaningful. I truly appreciated how thoughtfully the interviews were conducted. Each round focused on real life scenarios, practical case studies, and past experiences rather than textbook or surface level questions. It was refreshing to have conversations centered around how you think, approach problems, and show up in real situations. I went through three rounds: First with the Founder Second with the Product Manager Third with the Co-founder What stood out most was the respect and value they place on people as individuals and not just resumes. The interviewers were engaged, present, and genuinely interested in understanding perspectives, values, and the impact one can bring to the table. As someone coming from this background who have conducted and seen lot of interviews It isvery rare to come across interviewers who are this grounded, transparent, and intentional about building the right culture early on. It was a very Human, thoughtful, and refreshing interview process.
