    Application

I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at Sterling Bancorp.

    Interview

Two interviews face to face, each interview had 3 people in it asking questions. After the interview, the managers then try to get you to talk more about yourself as an individual, not professionally. So don't slip up and say you party or something, or do because they're all literally alcoholics there. They want to get to know you for you not professionally, despite them never going out after work for anything.
