Sterling Capital Management interview questions

They were a great team. Spoke one on one with some and in other cases it was a group. Multiple rounds as well as an in person. High class organization and team. Wish it had worked out.

Recruiter reached out to set up a phone call with the hiring manager. Call went very well and was moved on to the next round, which was a half day in-person interview with 4 one-on-ones with different levels of management and finally an Excel session. Excel test was very difficult and was asked to do reconciliation with no help. Was very discouraging seeing they expected a candidate to already know how to perform a large part of the job with little prior experience. Was told I would hear back in a few days, a week went by and no one would respond to my email, finally got an automated response about 2 weeks later.
