Interview technique is called topgrading look it up before interviewing ( i didn't) . First round was an informal chat with the head of content where we talked about the role and my experience. 2nd round was an interview task that takes upwards of 3 hours, they sent me a prezee card for it which was nice, followed by another interview to go over the task. Last round was a 3 hour in depth career interview where they ask quite personal questions about your career, motivations, life. During this they write down names of people and managers and rate you compared to their job score card. The next day they contacted a previous colleague of mine who i mentioned was great to work with and invited them to apply for the role before rejecting me 2 days later - this was a bit rude. Its an interesting interview technique but at the end of the day they are looking for people who match their idea of an "A - player" rather than your ability to do the job,

A 3-hour career interview where they talk you through your entire career history, from school to the present day. They will ask about your teachers, people you worked with, whether you struggled, your weaknesses, and why you made certain life decisions. They grade this interview using a booklet which provides details on how to recognize certain traits.
