Stile Italia interview questions

HR had me on queue for like an hour only to get a -3mins interview. HR and the other interviewer seems unprofessional and do not really know how to conduct a proper conversation. It was also quite funny that they asked me to open my camera when theirs were off. I asked them to open their camera only to get responded with a "why".

Interview process started at morning with a personality and IQ exam. (written exam) composed of series sequence (drawings) and then mostly essay questions particularly inclined with business questions (usual questions asked on interviews) after the written exam you'll be asked to back after lunch for the proper interview.
