Stirling Brandworks interview questions

After a very brief screening interview, I was asked to do a WordPress development test, which I agreed to. However, I later found the test (creating and coding a pretty complex WordPress page based on an Adobe XD mockup) to be far more time consuming than I expected. I passed the test and had another interview, but I would have preferred to do things the other way around and have a comprehensive interview before being asked to do such a lengthy test.

Applied from LinkedIn, got contacted for an interview within two weeks. 3 rounds of interviewing. The company shared the belief that this was a mutual interview to ensure I was a fit for them, just as much as they were a fit for me.
