Depending on your applied job, I applied for an engineering role. There are three stages in an interview, 1st HR interview mostly talks about past experience. 2nd interview is a coding challenge. Last is the user interview.
The interview was fun. We chatted about what backend development was about and shared our insights. They also shared what they know, so at the end, we both benefitted from the session.
