Storable interview questions

Wasted my time and tried to rush me. They also rescheduled more than once. Why schedule interviews when you haven't checked everyone's availability. The last interview was a technical interview and was in my opinion more like a humiliation ritual. Brain teasers? Grow up. As a professional with extensive experience and multiple degrees this was an insult to my intelligence. A live writing sample was requested as well...the interviews are 45 mins each and were pretty boring. The complexity of their "technical" interview is def misleading. I see why the company has poor satisfaction reviews online.

Typical process. Connected well with HR and the hiring manager. That used to be enough to get you an offer. Not in today's market, they send me to interview with adjacent departments. First is Dev Ops where I am asked a serious of questions like I am applying for a job in that deparment. There was a series of gotcha questions all relating to deep coding terms none are in the JD. Sorry I did not know what a SQL cartiesian product was... it's a query that yields too many rows.... the guy thinks I will crash his server, views me as a static being with no ability to learn and adjust. Then I go interview the next day with a Project management type department. The decision was already made before I even got on the call with more gotcha type questions. What type of PM software have I used, what is your process for taking requirements and then at 20 minutes she stops and gives me 10 minutes for questions most of which was answered, The arrogance and dimissive nature of the calls did not sit well.
