I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Strata Decision Technology (Tulsa, OK) in Jan 2023
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me, overall process took just short of a month. Everyone seems very nice and easy to work with. 3 rounds. Started with two of the senior consultant/manager types, then two other managers, then the head of support for the entire company.

Question 1
How many golf balls can fit in a phone booth? If you have two boats on either end of a 20 mile long lake, and they take of at (x) mph (can't remember the specifics), how long will it take them to reach the middle? General SQL query question, but it included a request to change a birth date to an age. Why do you want to work at Strata? What is the most important part of customer support? (Listening, non verbals, etc.)
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Strata Decision Technology (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The interview process was straightforward. They had me sign into an assessment before the interview (could complete it at any time, but there was an hour time limit), answer the 3 questions, and then they discussed my background and the questions with me over a Zoom call. They changed up the questions during the call to see my thought process and how quick I was on my feet.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Strata Decision Technology (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2019
Interview
The interview process was one of the longer processes I have been through but I enjoyed each of the steps as they helped me get a better grasp of the teams and what Strata had to offer. The first interview was with HR/People Ops then I was moved onto interviewing with a TC manager/consultant and was then asked to come onsite. The onsite interview included two main interviews with behavioral questions and a technical quiz that you had 30 minutes to work through before explaining your steps to the interviewers. During the time at the on site I was always taken around to tour the offices.
