I applied online. I interviewed at Street Context in Apr 2024
Interview
As two other applicants have pointed out here, the interview process of this company felt like a psychology game and was one of the weirdest and most uncomfortable I've experienced.
After the phone interview with the hiring manager, I was notified for an in-person interview. Then two weeks later on the day of the in-person interview, the hiring manager didn't show up. During the interview, for each of the previous three jobs I had, the other interviewer asked me for the name of my manager, the strength that my manager at that time thought I had, and the weakness that my manager thought I had, and why I left that job. So I had to answer the same set of questions three times. I was also asked to give a rating for each of the teams that I've worked with.
As someone who've experienced all the different aspects of workplaces in the past, I believe this hiring approach is immature. A hiring process reflects a company's culture and values, and this interview said it all.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Street Context (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Deliberate and thoughtful interview process. They clearly put a lot of work and effort into picking the right people. The process is long, but they are transparent about the steps from the get-go.

Question 1
We went through my resume and they asked questions based on my experience.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Street Context (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2023
Interview
They are following the "A method" to hiring. As such, you'll be in for 3+ hour long interviews and be in communication with them for 6 weeks before a decision is made.
The process was easy, but, long and slow.
