StreetShares interview questions

I would not recommend anyone to apply to this joke of a company. I applied for a position and was contacted by an employee asking to set up a phone screening with him for that same week. After I gave him my availability, I didn’t hear a single word from him. I followed up with him two weeks later, and he said that they were in the process of setting up calls with candidates. Why in the world did he ask me to give him my availability for that week if he wasn’t going to even call me. If the company wasn’t interested they should’ve been more upfront and told me. Instead they just didn’t say anything. I assume their poor communication is representative of their company as a whole. Not good at all.
