Stride Healthcare Management LLC interview questions

The interview process involved multiple initial interviews, followed by a 7-hour case study requiring a financial model built from scratch and a detailed mock investment committee presentation with 10 slides. Only after submitting the case study was I informed that the final interview would be in person at their Dallas, TX office, with no option for a remote meeting or reimbursement for travel expenses. The in-person interview lasted just 30 minutes but required an entire day due to travel from out of town. I was told it would focus solely on the presentation, but I was unexpectedly asked to walk through the financial model. Unfortunately, the file wouldn’t open on my laptop, as it had been created on my desktop. Despite having the files, the company required me to use my own device to present both the slides and model. Overall, the experience felt poorly organized and inconsiderate of candidates’ time and resources. I found the in-person requirement unnecessary and would not recommend this process to others.
