Recruiter call, peer interview, take home assignment, 4 part final interview ranging from 30 to 45 minutes each. They want to assess how you strategically think about accounts as it relates to Stripe products and overall roadmap, and how you fit their operating principles. The recruiter walks you through expectations in detail, so make sure you write everything down and strategically prepare.
