Interview
They sent questions 48 hours before the actual interview so you can prepare your answers. The first interview was on teams the second was in person. They asked the questions they had sent previously, and then you have to answer them. It is a simple process that was very nice especially with the pre-sent questions as preparation.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stroke Association (London, England) in Jun 2024
Interview
Teams interview, questions sent in advance which was good but actual interview was quite awkward.
Two people interviewing, jumped straight in to questions and didn't ask me to introduce myself. One lady on the panel was lovely and engaging, the other seemed like she didn't want to be there.
I was asked to explain some very basic elements of my answers such as what 'QA' meant. I was under the impression everyone knew this was quality assurance and shocked me a bit that grants fundraiser didn't know that one with QA being such a vital element of the role.
There was also a task which was fairly straightforward.
Didn't get the best feel for the team/organisation from this interview and not sure I would've accepted an offer had I been given one.

Very relaxed and friendly. Put you at ease from the get go. Went through an agency, had one interview and quickly got feedback. Interview was online and the interviewer was happy to write the questions on the chat if needed.
