Strong Spas interview questions

Took 3 months to really get anywhere. I applied. Heard nothing for weeks. Got an email to set up an interview. I picked a time. Never heard back for 2 weeks. I called, we set up the interview and then it went fairly well. Couple days later I got a call I was hired.
