in person meeting with different people in charge and they asked for the work expecrience related to this job and reviewd my background. I went through 3 different interview with 3 diffrent groups of people including the owners of the buiness and I got the job with the condition to review and evaluate my work in 3 months and if we are both happy we continiue the work.
