StructionSite interview questions

Applied via angel.co for their Senior UX/Product Designer role and was matched. Was told to reply back with 3 times to chat. Which I did. I never received a response so I followed up asking if there was still times that worked to chat and if they still wanted to chat... The response was "It was great talking with you the other day, really appreciate your time...." to which I responded that we never actually, in fact, spoke at all. Dodged a bullet if that's how that company treats applications - with canned responses.

The interview process was well structured and efficient. The questions were well thought out and the process overall was smooth. I also like the fact that depending on the role you work with a hiring manager as opposed to a recruiter. I would recommend this place.
