Application submitted in English for a role presented as international. I was contacted by phone for an initial screening. The call was very brief and focused only on administrative questions, with no detailed presentation of the role or responsibilities. The tone was at times sarcastic. The conversation took place in French and felt short and one-sided, consisting only of closed questions. Candidature envoyée en anglais pour un poste présenté comme international. Le ton employé était parfois sarcastique. L’échange s’est déroulé en français. Il a été court et unilatéral : uniquement des questions fermées.
