First you apply on their website at apply.studysparkz.com, after that they got back to me within 2 business days to have me complete an online interview. It was a fun and creative way to talk about yourself and your prior tutoring experiences. After that, we had a live interview where they further clarified the rates, the expectations of the tutor and more allround information about the position. After the interview, it took them around 2 business days to process the paperwork and the very next day I got my first tutoring assignment!
