Summum Woman interview questions

The interview process is long and I've had a total of 3 interviews and an assignment. The first interview is with 3 people which I think more then 2 is a lot. The second interview is to know you better with 2 managers and you get to meet some other people from the department which makes it a total of 5 people. Then they decide if you're eligible for an assignment which you get to make. I recieved enough time to make the assignment but it still took me 3 days to make since it's quite a big assignment. The third interview you'll have to convince the owner of your design which was received very critical but had a positive sound at the end. It had a overwhelming feeling of authority and I think that is a bad vibe for someone who is just applying for a job.
