HR interview followed by meeting a few business leaders. Process generally moved quickly. Feedback from interviews was very positive. However they went with an internal candidate. If the ultimate intent is to proceed with internal candidates then I believe it’s better to not post jobs externally

What made you interested in this role?

Straightforward - met with HR, then met with the hiring manager and peers. The questions were expected. Some behavioural and some technical. Overall, it was pretty average. The interviews were over zoom, so it was convenient to take.
Applied online - recruiter screening call - hiring manager interview - skip level interview - final interview from a leader in a different team. Whole process took about a month from the start of the recruiter call.
Screening call, 3 rounds of interviews with senior management. Standard q&as about work experience. Generally easy and pleasant interview process altogether. Be ready with questions at the end of the interview.
