Very simple and easy process, super nice interviewers and casual, it was only one round for the internship then got offer shortly after. Interview came fast after application as well

Interview
It was a 1-on-1 45-minute interview via TEAMS. It was in French and they tested your English fluency as well. It was fairly casual. Some questions were behavioral (tell me about yourself, what would you do in xyz situation) and others were a bit technical (i.e. suppose a worker wanted to go back to work and his boss agreed with it, but his doctor is against it, what would you do?).

Consider this: A worker hurt himself and his insurance plan only covers for 1 month of bedrest. After consultation with the doctor, the doctor gives him a 3-month long plan of care that is not covered by his insurance, how would you approach this subject with the doctor and the worker?
