HR contacted me for a phone interview with them and an in-person interview with hiring manager. First interview was with hiring manager in-person, then a phone interview with HR. Both interviews went well and has established a confidence in me. HR interview was more on logistics of hiring process and ensuring of certain permissions for background checks etc., whereas the in-person interview was purely on subject matter.
