The interview process was very streamlined and pain free. The interview consisted of supplying the Director with a brief history of hospice experience, including job descriptions and responsibilities. The atmosphere was relaxed, and was not at all time consuming. Director shared a brief history of the company and some of the expectations of a Hospice Chaplain/Bereavement Coordinator. Attitude regarding company growth and future plans were very optimistic and positive.
