Got ghosted after an in-person, second-round interview. In the in-person one, the interviewer just asked me questions while reading my resume, and then another person joined and asked me some of the same questions, which felt like a waste of time. There was also a case question at the end. Overall, the employees interviewing me seemed disorganized and like they didn't prepare for the interview at all.
Case Question: A company builds tables. Each table needs 4 legs. There are 8 employees. It takes x amount of time to do _ task... (bunch of other details I can't remember)... How would you determine how many tables can be built in week? What would you do if they needed to produce more tables?
