I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SunPower (Austin, TX) in Sep 2022
Interview
The second interview was very impersonal. There was one question I was asked that almost felt like a quiz on memorization. I was interviewed by two women who had no enthusiasm for SunPower. It all almost seemed very rehearsed.

Question 1
-What is a project coordinator to you? -Strengths and weaknesses -Case study scenario -Any experience with certain software?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at SunPower (Austin, TX) in Nov 2022
Interview
The interview process is as straightforward as it gets these days. Applied via LinkedIn, received an email from a recruiter the next day. Filled in a basic candidate questionnaire, filled in a ton of basic questions and case study forms. After the last moment reschedule, the initial screening call was just a "hi, I'm driving now, but we still can talk about the position, what is your interest? etc." After the conversation you are supposed to get scheduled for the second round of interviews with the office staff. Mine was supposed to be scheduled in the nearest future; however, it actually never happened. I tried following up and didn't get an actual update from a recruiter, just another "Let me see, I'll let you know" *GHOSTED, WASTE OF TIME*
