Sunbeam House Services interview questions

Interview was ok. The process to get there was shocking. Several CVs submitted, follow up phone calls. Two admin staff seem to be involved in the process, one appeared to be more helpful and apologetic. The person that seem to be managing the process would not return calls, seem to always be off or busy. Through the whole thing, I left my job but the department had not organised my garda vetting, contracts. I persisted because of people I knew in the organisation but I can see how they can't get staff, This other person was also bordering rude and did not have a clue. Since staring I have had several conversations with others that have faced the same frustrations or gave up or declined the offer because how unprofessional it was.
