Super Radiator Coils interview questions

Had a 30 minute interview with the director of sales( Richmond location) , and was then asked to make the 5 hour drive to have dinner with the team so they could make a decision if they wanted to move forward. I declined and was then recontacted about a year later for the same job, and was then rejected because I knew the overview of the company but not extensive details. Overall seems to have no respect for candidates time and sets unrealistic expectations for a preliminary interview

30 mins interview with hiring manager and 30 mins interview with the supervisor that you will be working under. Both hiring manager and supervisor will ask you about your experience and they are all very friendly people. The experience is good, people are nice and care about you.
