      Pros

      Caring leadership that puts effort into keeping employees satisfied at work and organizes multiple company-wide social events every year. Company is in a growing market and has a long list of customers wanting to get in the door so business is very healthy.

      Cons

      Prioritizing revenue increases over ironing out current production wrinkles. Able to push through it now but will likely hit a tipping point eventually.

      Pros

      A demanding process to onboard and then weeks to prepare you for the role. Important b/c its a potentially dangerous environment. Reasonable pay rate to start. Different shifts can be available. They are serious about meeting deadline and customer satisfaction

      Cons

      Noise level pretty insane. Protective wear always for ears, eyes and often respiratory. Many new hires young and cocky lead to trouble between shift crew with equipment like torches and tanks. I witnessed too many safety lapses. Older employees (age) in the plant have egos and play favorites. Its kind of cultish tbh
