I had to do a group interview which was all in all easy, had 1-1 with the managers after this too. It was a very easy process and I hesrd back within a week (they did multiple interview groups everyday). However, if you were unsuccessful they didn’t contact the other candidates to inform them.

One question was if I had experience of upselling- you have to do this to every customer at Superdrug

Relatively easy, first stage was face to face I terview and then there was a task to try and get customers to try a fragrance in the shop floor and then final face to face interview.

Interview
First it was a lot of questions and then the second half was more practical where you would do spray time with your chosen fragrance. It was altogether very simple
