I applied on Indeed and got a call back in less than a week. Interview process involved basic questions about my background, why I wanted the role and what transferable skills I had.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Am I comfortable speaking to a large amount of I individuals (75-150)
I applied online. I interviewed at Sureserve (London, England) in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview was conducted by the Group Commercial Manager. Her attitude was very uninterested and somewhat rude. She appeared distracted and had no intention of listening. It was a waste of time. If you don't have time or believe a candidate is unsuitable, cancel or reschedule the interview.
Never heard back.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sureserve in May 2025
Interview
Amateurish recruitment:
- three panel interviewers didn't speak with each other
- questions were asked that had already been discussed (eg, ESG regulations)
- no response afterwards after time taken to prepare a presentation and for a senior hire. This doesn't make Sureserve seem a fair and equitable place to work. It's easy to give a simple 'sorry but no'!
