Surge AI interview questions

It was a Google Meet scheduled on Calendly. The call started out with friendly greetings and an explanation of the role and how someone like me would move forward when hired. Then, a deep dive on my past work experience and a small section in the middle talking about myself and my overall background.

Call with HR that went great but then had to do a short and long case study before ever meeting the team which was odd, especially because a recruiter reached out to me. Overall felt very impersonal and I wasn't drawn to the company and they did not ask me to move forward to speak with the team.
