Short telephone interview followed by a trial shift at their offices in London. Telephone interview was brief, designed to filter out those without a confident enough phone manner or those unable to put their personal opinions to one side for the work. Was asked to sign an NDA at their offices as work is often on sensitive topics. Trial shift lasted a few hours getting used to their system and attempting to hit successful call targets.
