I saw the position on LinkedIn. The apply button sent me to the Harri platform. Booked an interview slot on Tuesday, for the following week and received the confirmation. On Thursday, that's two days later they sent an email to say that I had been unsuccessful! Fine.
The following week I was still getting text messages and emails from Harri to remind me about my interview, which I obviously ignored. After the time of the interview, I received an email from the Harri platform to say that I now have a warning on my account as I did not attend an interview! I spent an hour of time trying to resolve this with them, ultimately to be told that they can't do anything on their end!
I was annoyed and contacted this company via the Harri platform, their website and through phone calls and they did not have the manners to rectify this issue. How disgraceful.
