I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2014
Interview
Process started off with a telephone interview, which was followed by a face to face interview with two traders, and then a final face to face interview with a senior trader.
All interviews followed a similar structure - around 1/3 HR / motivation questions, and 2/3 problem solving. The telephone interview lasted around 30 minutes, the first face to face was around 90 minutes and the second was close to two hours. The difficulty of the problem solving questions increased from the telephone interview to the face to face, but I'd say the second face to face interview was no harder than the first.
All interviewers were very friendly, easy to talk to and in a way it felt more like a friendly chat than a formal interview - the interviewers all wore casual clothes so I did feel a bit over dressed in a suit!
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
A king wants to hold a party, for which he has 8 kegs of wine, one of which he knows is poisoned. If someone consumes any of the poisoned wine, he will drop dead in exactly one months time.
The king has 3 servants who have volunteered their lives to test the kegs of wine. What is the shortest amount of time in which the king can identify which keg of wine is poisoned and dispose of it so he can hold the party.
After many of the questions, the interviewer would ask "How sure are you on your answer? If you had to give a percentage what would you give?"
Then say you said 90% sure, he would ask "So if I made a 10 euro bet with you, would you give me 9 to 1 odds? What about a 10000 euro bet?"

Interview
OA was probability, combinatorics, and logic problems. Not that difficult if you practice. One phone screen. one round was rapid fire math questions as well as a behavioral. Did not get the offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is the max entry fee you would take to earn the outcome of a dice roll?
The process included an OA followed by a phone call. The CodeSignal had four questions: two easy and two medium. Overall, it was average difficulty, with matrix familiarity especially useful.
