Sustainable Energy Advantage interview questions

3 rounds total, first a 30 min call with one of the SEA team to get to know more about the company but also for the company to get to know you better. Second round consisted of a quantitative and qualitative assessment. The excel assessment has a time limit of 1 hour and was difficult, but not horrible (as long as your formulas are correct and the SEA team is able to understand how you derived your answers you should do well on the assessment). The writing portion requires you to write an article in the style of their Eyes and Ears subscription service. Lastly, if you pass those assessments, you will be invited to a 45 min interview with 3-4 team members.
