Exchanged a few emails about the position.
Showed up at the office for an interview but the hiring manager forgot to show up.
Not a good start. After waiting almost 2 hours H.R. managed to get hiring manager
to call the office and start the interview. The hiring manager sounded unprepared and stressed out.

Process was simple. One round of interview. I was told about the company structure and the work culture. It is a non- profit organization. The office is located at Santa Clara. The employees were very helpful. The interviewer was very friendly and open to feedback.

There is a phone and onsite interview for all positions. You can prepare for basic interview questions and your background. After phone interview it took about a week to schedule the onsite.
