the interview process involves going online and applying for jobs posted on the listing.First you have to enroll by opening an account.the interview involves a panel of 2-43 managers who ask all kinds of question>like why do you want to work for sutter,what are you strong areas and weak ares<there is some critical thinking question involving the nursing process,delegation,prioritization . they also ask about use of equipment

Easy going and it felt like more of a conversation. Great place to work just haven’t heard back from them yet hopefully it will be soon. They don’t ask to hard questions.
