Suzanne Evans Coaching interview questions

I had a phone interview and was then called in for a formal interview. The phone interview was a conference call with 2 former employees but it was very casual. Formal interview was nothing crazy. I arrived a few minutes early and waited a good half hour. Hear back 2 days later and was hired that same week.
