Only had a chat with the CEO, it felt like an interrogation rather an interview/chat. Very bizarre experience, he wanted to know why I wasn't interested in working with LLMs, unrelated to the role. It just wasn't a good fit for both sides.

Interview
I have several years of experience in my field, but I think the interviewer wasn't able to understand my current job and the advantages of it, so I got discarded on the first interview. However, I was sent a take-home assessment, which didn't really matter how I did it (but I did it quite well), we knew I was going to be rejected. Quite a shame.

Interview
There was an initial video interview 1 on 1 with the founder. The next step was a live technical assessment video interview with screen share with two team members where the link to the technical problems was shared during the interview. The technical interview was stressful not only because it was a live video with screen sharing on a personal laptop but because it was focusing on pedantic aspects of coding. The main interviewer also came off as very smug and sort of glib.
