I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Swamp Glasgow (Glasgow, Scotland) in Jan 2012

I Filled out an application form online which was a long drawn out form to fill in and waited for the application to close 3 days after closing I was delighted I had been chosen and was then then offered a Face to face interview interview that lasted an hour
