Interview
It was a several-step process. After the HR interview, I had a meeting with Hiring Manager. Then they asked me to prepare a case study. I gave a presentation to HR and Hiring Manager. After this step, I had an interview with General Manager and then I was hired.
Positive overall and very professional. First stage was an phone call interview and the second round a personal for which I had to prepare a swot analysis of one of the stores in that district.

Interview
Applied via LinkedIn and then received email from HR team. Initial interview with HR followed by interview with hiring manager. Further interview with another senior manager would be 3rd stage.
