After applying, I got contacted by Swat.io people manager to schedule the screening interview. The interview was followed by a long waiting period before proceeding to the next stage, which was then, after confirming successful progression, scheduled in rush. The hiring manager interview, in which I was informed that another candidate already reached the offer stage, was followed by an invitation to do a recruitment scenario. The scenario was shared a couple of hours of the last interview and represented a granular and detail set of instructions on how to approach the task and what was the expectations of each of the 4 sub-tasks were. The task was time-boxed to 4 hours (of which 45 minutes were allocated to the problem discovery and product onboarding phase). The hiring team then shared an invite to a 2-hour presentation slot.
