I was asked basic interview questions like “why Swenson’s” and if I had any previous work experience. Very straightforward and easy. Hiring manager was very kind. I also dressed nicely but I think anyone should do that to some extent for any interview.

A couple days after I applied, I received a text and email that an interview was scheduled. Everything is through their online system, to confirm the interview and also reschedule it if needed. When I showed up for the interview, I just stood and talked with the interviewer for about 5 minutes, and the rest was just them copying my drivers license and social security card. They informed me that the offer will be sent later that day via the online system, then all the paperwork is done through there.
